I am a very competitive person so I am looking for a team that has that focus and drive, but I also need a team that takes time to enjoy the beauty of the sport and has fun. I may not have the lowest erg time but I think its important to let you know that I always strive to be the best on the boat, the last one to give in . Although I understand it is important to be a good erger I feel that my erg times don't really reflect the rower I am. I always strive to be the best I can possibly be and try to be an inspiration for the other girls on my team. I feel that I owe it to the members of my team to suceed more so than i owe it to myself when i am on the erg. You can ask anyone I have ever rowed with and my coach and I am sure they will agree with me when I say I am a real fighter and never give up.
