| I am a distance and a sprinter. I run from the 200m to the 1600m. My best 200m time is a 28.2, 400m time is currently a 1:02, 800 time is 2:27, and the mile is 5:27. I have won state twice in the 4x8, placed second in the mile my freshman year, and third in the 4x4. I have been to state 5 times including cross country. My sophomore year my team placed first and my junior yr I attended a different school, and I was the only runner to qualify for state. My best time is 20:44 for 5k. |
