| I feel my best races are my half-mile and mile. My time in the 800 and 1600, as a sophmore, was 1:56, 4:26, respectively. Sophmore year was my first year of cross country, i ran a 16:42. My past junior year i ran a 16:02. i placed fourth at the ny indoor meet at 1000 meters. i ran a 2:34, placed out of the slow heat. do alot of strength/ core work to help with my form, |
