I moved to Howell my sophomore year, I was in Union Twp. before that. I did not force myself to be a good student, it was not the norm in that town. When I moved here, getting a good education was important to me and others around me. The "peer" pressure is on doing well in school, as can be seen the overall school's GPA. While I am not making excuses, I believe that if I had started in Howell, I would have made even a better student. I learn from my mistakes and strive for excellance.
As a junior and senior, I am on Honor Roll and have been nominated for the Athletic Scholar Award. |
