| I run up to 90 miles a week to keep myself in shape. My coach specializes in sprints and hurdles so I basically come up with my own workouts, or take tips from other good cross country teams. I also lead the boys cross country to county in 2006, 2007, 2008, and now 2009. And I was also captain for four years. |

| I do the sprint work out with the team but, I run two miles before starting practice. I ran first leg for the 4x800m, freshman and sophmore year I was the anchor leg. I just started running the anchor leg for the 4x400m 2008/2009. I am also better off doing the individual races. Relays are all just extra stuff. |
