My sophmore and Junior year consisted of 35-40 miles per week. Also, it consisted of weight training 3 times a week, hurdle mobilities, agility drills, abs, harnesses, and pushups. For my senior year I am doing 50 miles a week, biking 30 minutes three times a week, aqua jogging 30 minutes three times a week, 500-1000 abs everyday, 200 pushups twice a week, weight training three times a week, plyometrics four times a week, and yoga four times a week.

I was unable to compete during the state meet in 2009 due to a back injury that kept me from running for three weeks. My training for the track season of 2009 consisted of 40 miles a week

During the track season of 2008, I was injured with a fracured sesamoid bone and only ran in the last two meets of the season (Conference and state) During the track season of 2009, I was running 45 miles per week and my training consisted of fast pace workouts such as (200s, 400s, and 800s) twice a week and overdistance twice a week. I also weight trained three times a week, did hurdle mobilities and accelerations, and did 500-1000 abs everyday and 200 pushups twice a week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I would run four miles in the morning and three miles in the afternoon.
