Additional Questions:
Why do you want to be recruited to play sports in college?

Ever since I was young I've had one goal, and that is to play college football. I have worked and put my body to its limits almost everyday since I was 12 years old. Football is no longer a game for me, It has become a lifestyle in terms of dieting, training, and school. I am a student of the game and I feel that my smarts on the field equal out with my talent making me a weapon on the field. I have the skill to play on the next level and I am only improving as an athlete.

Athletes are often leaders on and off the field. Please provide one example of how you have demonstrated leadership in both areas.

As a captain in both sports that I play, I am always required to set a good example. I have always been the type of person to lead by example with my play on the field and the way i carry myself off the field. I always remind my team to stay humble and keep wanting more because that's how I carry myself. When I feel that the team needs me, I will always make a big play on either side of the ball. I am working on becoming more of a vocal leader but I speak when I need too and everyone listens.

Please explain how you pursue "healthy athletic performance" as a student-athlete.

During the season, I make sure that I am eating right and keeping my muscles streched and loose so that I can perform to the best of my abilities every Friday night. After Football, I go into wrestling season which helps with my balance, foot work, and keeps me going because I love Competition. After Wrestling, I get right into the weight room and also begin speed training.

Please describe how you are involved in service in your community and why these efforts are important to you.
