Personal Highlights

I am a competitor at heart. I am most comfortable in running shoes or cleats, out in the sun with my teammates putting in the hours and putting in the miles. Athletes and coaches are my people. I played eight years of club soccer and after doing well in a few 5k's as a kid, I started running my freshman year in high school. I am steadily growing and finding success in the sport. I met my goal of advancing to the California Cross Country State Championship my sophomore year. I absolutely love the sport and hope to run at the college level. I am learning who I am out on those trails and feel like I'm just getting started!

I earned varsity letters in cross country, soccer and track freshman, sophomore and junior years. All league honors in cross country and soccer, All CIF Southern Section honors and All County honors in cross country. I am proud to have received the Most Valuable Runner and Coaches Award for varsity cross country and the Charger Leadership award for varsity soccer. I was honored to be a team captain on the varsity cross country and soccer teams.

Coaches often comment on my genuine positive attitude and strong work ethic. I dig in during every practice and every race. I have felt myself improve as a result of my dedication and hard work. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow in the sport in the coming years!
